We use the hot water extraction method also known as steam cleaning. This removes the toughest and deepest dirt safely and gently. Hot, soft water and specially formulated cleaning solution is injected deep within the carpet fibers. Then a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture.

We do offer an alternate method known as VLM (Very Low Moisture) cleaning for jobs that require minimum moisture use.

Very low moisture cleaning (VLM for short) is an increasingly popular method of carpet cleaning used mostly in commercial environments, and less often in residential applications (though this is quickly changing). VLM is broadly defined in the industry as a method of carpet cleaning that limits drying to 1-2 hours.

If you have light-colored carpet, you may notice dark lines forming along the edges or under doors. This is called filtration soiling, and it happens when air passes through gaps between the carpet and baseboards or under closed doors, leaving behind fine particles that build up over time. While there’s no permanent solution, regular professional cleaning and proper maintenance can reduce and lighten these stains with each cleaning.

We give a drying time of 2-8 hours. We overestimate this as opposed to underestimating it. The main factors that effect drying times are how heavily soiled the carpets are and the air flow in the home, and the type of carpet. Increased ventilation and ceiling fans drastically speed up drying time. Some carpets dry out in as little as 2-4 hours. Carpets are damp not wet after cleaning. They are safe to walk on immediately after cleaning and everything we use is non-toxic.

95% of water, solutions, soil and allergens are removed from carpets during the steam cleaning process. We do offer a spot pad cleaning service but our standard services should not wet your pad.

No, we recommend cleaning your carpets as often as possible. Many Carpet manufacturers recommend cleaning every three to six months. The longer you put off cleaning carpets the more embedded the dirt and soil can become, wearing the carpet fibers down quicker. Cleaning the carpet helps to preserve the life of those fibers.

Steam cleaning does, however, remove any factory or applied protectants that were on your carpet or rug prior to cleaning. We recommend to reapply protectant with every cleaning service.

Our technicians DO NOT move furniture, fixtures, or debris.

Our deodorizer contains both sanitizing and antibacterial agents, making it highly effective for removing pet and other unpleasant odors from carpets. After a deep steam cleaning, some odors may become more noticeable as they rise to the surface. Our enzyme-based deodorizer targets and eliminates these odors at their source rather than simply masking them. The enzymes work while the carpet is damp and continue neutralizing odors as it dries, helping to improve indoor air quality for a cleaner, healthier home environment.

It takes about 30 minutes a room. However, the length of time it takes really depends on the soil level - every situation is different.

There is not a carpet cleaner that can honestly make this guarantee to customers. If it is possible that a stain can be removed, steam cleaning will be the best method at successfully removing the stain. However, it depends on the type of stain, how long it has been there and what it has been treated with to determine if the stain will completely come out. Pet stains are difficult stains to remove due the level of acid in these stains. However, we are very successful at removing these stains. Stains that do not come out on the first try will sometimes drastically lighten over repeated cleanings. We do not make a guarantee that all stains will come out. However, we do offer a 24 hour warranty guarantee where if any stains reappear we will come back out at our earliest availability and re-clean the area free of charge.
